Pizza Classica
Pizza Marguerite with cherry tomatoes and basil for 6 people!!
Ingredients
500 g of flour
25 g of yeast
600 g of peeled tomatoes
300 g of mozzarella cheese
1 basil tuft
cherry tomatoes
oil, salt

Pour the flour on the rolling board with some salt, crumble the yeast in the middle and dissolve it with 2.5 dl of warm water by mixing.
Knead the dough, make a bar and let it rise covered for about half an hour.
Roll out the dough in a oiled oven tray, arrange the peeled tomatoes, add salt and dress with sliced mozzarella cheese, half cut cherry tomatoes, some basil leaves and a little bit of oil.
Bake the Pizza in an oven pre-heated at 250ºC for about 20-25 minutes.
Let it sit for 3 minutes, cut in slices and enjoy!!!!!
